Theodore Petrus Academy was created to address a persistent gap in doctoral education worldwide. While PhD candidates receive extensive training in research methods and disciplinary knowledge, they rarely receive structured support for the equally critical skills that determine success: productivity, leadership, supervision management, and wellbeing.
Our approach integrates doctoral pedagogy, leadership development, coaching psychology, and performance science into a coherent framework specifically designed for Social Sciences and Humanities researchers.
